Refund policy

Refunds

If ogrender is not right for you, email support@ogrender.dev within 14 days of any charge and we will refund that charge in full. You do not need to give a reason. Refunds are issued through Polar to your original payment method; how long they take to appear depends on your bank.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time from the dashboard (Manage billing). Cancelling stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and there is no charge for cancelling.

EU consumers

This policy gives you at least the 14-day withdrawal period EU consumer law provides for digital services, without deducting for renders you already used.
